Job Summary

We are looking for a professional, energetic, and guest-focused Food & Beverage Executive to join our restaurant team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent food and beverage service, ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining service standards, and supporting the Assistant Restaurant Manager in the smooth day-to-day operation of the restaurant.

The ideal candidate should have a pleasant personality, valuable communication skills, knowledge of restaurant operations, and a strong commitment to hospitality and guest service.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Assistant Restaurant Manager in the daily operations of the restaurant.
- Welcome and attend to guests in a courteous, professional, and timely manner.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure their timely delivery.
- Provide guests with menu information, including ingredients, preparation methods, and suitable recommendations.
- Recommend dishes and beverages to guests and actively contribute to upselling and increasing restaurant revenue.
- Coordinate effectively with the kitchen, bar, and service team to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure food and beverages are served according to established quality and presentation standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and respond promptly to requests.
- Handle guest feedback and minor complaints professionally and report issues to the Assistant Restaurant Manager when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of tables, service stations, restaurant areas, and equipment.
- Follow all restaurant SOPs, hygiene standards, food safety procedures,



and service protocols.
- Assist in restaurant opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure proper mise-en-place and readiness of the restaurant before each service.
- Assist with table setup, resetting, clearing, and service during busy periods.
- Operate the POS system accurately and ensure correct order punching and billing procedures.
- Assist in checking restaurant inventory, operating supplies, and equipment as required.
- Support the team in maintaining proper stock levels and minimizing wastage.
- Attend daily briefings and follow operational instructions provided by the Assistant Restaurant Manager.
- Maintain excellent personal grooming, hygiene, and professional appearance at all times.
- Work closely with colleagues to maintain a positive and efficient team environment.
- Assist in training and guiding new team members when required.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Assistant Restaurant Manager or Restaurant Manager.

Candidate Profile

Education:

- Minimum 12th pass.
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management will be an advantage.

Experience:

- 4–6 years of experience in Food & Beverage service, preferably in a hotel, restaurant, café, or fine/casual dining establishment.




- Freshers with a relevant hospitality qualification and strong communication skills may also be considered.

- Support the Assistant Restaurant Manager in achieving operational and revenue targets.
- Minimize wastage and ensure responsible use of restaurant resources.
- Contribute positively to guest satisfaction and overall restaurant ratings.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
