About the Job

We are looking for a responsible, honest, and customer-friendly Store Executive / Store In-Charge to independently manage our fresh vegetable retail store.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily store operations and opening/closing activities
- Check vegetable quality and freshness
- Maintain proper product display and store cleanliness
- Handle customers, weighing, packing, and billing
- Manage cash, UPI, and card payments
- Receive and maintain stock records
- Monitor stock availability and replenishment
- Control vegetable wastage and maintain wastage records
- Maintain daily sales and payment records
- Ensure accurate billing and cash reconciliation
- Provide friendly and professional customer service

Requirements





- Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred
- 1–2 years of retail/grocery/supermarket/FMCG experience preferred
- Basic POS/computer knowledge
- Valuable calculation and cash-handling skills
- Good communication and customer-service skills
- Honest, punctual, responsible, and disciplined
- Comfortable working independently in a retail environment

Working Hours

Store Hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Weekly off, breaks, and actual working schedule will be as per management and applicable employment requirements.

Ideal Candidate: Someone who can take ownership of the store, maintain product quality, control wastage, handle customers well, and keep accurate daily records.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
