About the Role

Luminarch Builders Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, project/site accounts, procurement records, supplier coordination, and labour payroll.

The ideal candidate should have valuable knowledge of Tally/ERP, MS Excel, GST, TDS, accounting procedures, and financial documentation. Experience in the construction industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounts, books, and financial records.
- Handle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, cash, and bank reconciliation.
- Maintain project/site-wise accounts and expenses.
- Handle GST, TDS, and statutory accounting.
- Manage purchase records, supplier bills, quotations, and payments.
- Maintain labour attendance, payroll, overtime, advances, and deductions.
- Prepare monthly financial and expense reports.
- Track outstanding payments and receivables.
- Coordinate with suppliers, auditors,



banks, site teams, and management.

Requirements

- B.Com / Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
- 1–10 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Good knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Experience in payroll, purchase, supplier, and project/site accounting.
- Good attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Construction accounting experience preferred.

Location & Relocation

- Job Location: Kalamassery, Kerala
- Candidates residing near Kalamassery are preferred.
- Candidates willing to relocate to Kalamassery are also preferred.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is reliable, organized, financially accurate, and capable of taking responsibility for accounting operations independently.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
