Job Summary

6–7 years of experience in IT infrastructure, automation, or DevOps roles. - Strong hands-on experience with Ansible, including: - Playbooks - Roles - Inventories - Variables - Templates using Jinja2 - Handlers - Vault - Collections - Strong Linux administration experience, preferably RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu. - Good scripting knowledge using Shell, Bash, Python, or PowerShell. - Experience with Git or other version control tools. - Understanding of YAML, JSON, REST APIs, and configuration management concepts. - Experience with automation of patching, user management, package management, service management, and application deployments. - Knowledge of Ansible Tower/AWX or Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform. - Good troubleshooting, debugging, and log analysis skills. Preferred Skills - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. - Knowledge of VMware, OpenShift, Kubernetes, or container platforms. - CI/CD experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or similar tools. - Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow. - Understanding of security standards, compliance, and access management. - Experience working in enterprise production environments. Roles and Responsibilities - Build automation frameworks for infrastructure and application teams. - Convert manual operational tasks into reusable Ansible automation. - Ensure automation follows coding standards and security guidelines. - Perform testing and validation of playbooks before production implementation. - Support production automation runs and resolve execution issues. - Work on continuous improvement of automation processes. Positive to Have Certifications - Red Hat Certified Engineer - Red Hat Certified Specialist in Ansible Automation - Red Hat Certified System Administrator - ITIL Foundation
