Job Summary

The Construction Project Engineer supports the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role works closely with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and design teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Project Manager with daily project planning, scheduling, and coordination
- Review and track submittals, RFIs, change orders, and shop drawings
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, inspectors, and subcontractors
- Maintain project documentation, logs, and reports
- Monitor project costs, quantities, and progress against the schedule
- Support procurement of materials and equipment
- Assist with contract administration and compliance




- Participate in site meetings, inspections, and progress reviews
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies
- Support project closeout, including punch lists, as-built drawings, and turnover documentation

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 1–5 years of experience in construction or project engineering (depending on level)
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and sequencing
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Robust organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
