We are looking for an Accounts Executive with hands-on experience in Tally, GST, TDS, BRS, Accounts Receivable (AR), and Accounts Payable (AP). The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting activities, reconciliations, statutory compliance, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent

Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) including sales invoices, receipts, customer outstanding, and follow-ups.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) including purchase invoices, vendor payments, and vendor reconciliations.
- Prepare and verify GST invoices and accounting entries.
- Assist in GST return preparation, filing, and reconciliation.




- Calculate and process TDS deductions and payments.
- Assist with TDS return filing and TDS certificate-related activities.
- Perform bank, customer, and vendor ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare AR/AP ageing and outstanding reports.
- Verify invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and supporting documents.
- Maintain proper accounting records for audits and statutory compliance.
- Assist in monthly closing and preparation of MIS reports.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, auditors, and internal teams as required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
