About the Role

Our client is looking for a creative, hands-on Social Media Executive to join a fast-paced creative agency environment. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Instagram, a good aesthetic sense, and the ability to take ownership of content execution from planning to publishing.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating, executing, experimenting with trends, and being actively involved in the day-to-day social media process rather than only managing a team.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute Instagram content calendars.
- Create and edit engaging Reels using CapCut, InShot, or similar tools.
- Design social media creatives using Canva.
- Write basic, engaging copy for posts, Reels, captions, and Stories.
- Identify relevant social media trends and translate them into content ideas.
- Schedule and publish Instagram Stories, posts, and Reels.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, creators, and other stakeholders for shoots.
- Assist with shoot planning and ensure content is delivered on schedule.
- Maintain consistency in brand aesthetics, tone, and content quality.
- Manage day-to-day social media execution and ensure deadlines are met.
- Stay updated with Instagram trends, formats, features, and emerging content styles.

Requirements





- 1–3 years of relevant experience in a social media agency, content studio, or D2C brand.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Strong hands-on experience with Instagram content creation and execution.
- Proficiency in Canva.
- Experience with CapCut, InShot, or similar Reel-editing tools.
- Basic copywriting skills.
- Good understanding of Instagram trends and content formats.
- Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment.
