- Australia Shift: 4:00 AM – 1:00 PM IST
- US Shift: 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM IST

Compensation: Competitive Base Salary + Incentives

About the Role

We are seeking a high-performing, results-driven International Sales Executive to spearhead our expansion into the Australia and US markets. In this role, you will act as the frontline of our global growth, identifying new business opportunities, nurturing international client relationships, and driving revenue.

Key Responsibilities

- Business Development: Identify, prospect, and generate new qualified leads across the Australian and US markets through direct outreach and networking.
- Client Engagement: Lead end-to-end sales conversations, presentations, and pitch meetings with international clients.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain structured tracking of sales opportunities and ensure timely follow-ups and target achievement.
- Negotiation & Closing: Understand client needs, present compelling solutions, and successfully negotiate agreements to close deals.
- Market Expansion: Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with regional market trends and customer requirements.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

- Experience:



Proven experience (1 - 3 years preferred) in international sales, lead generation, or business development (US or Australian market experience is a strong plus).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills with strong articulation.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and relationship - building abilities.
- Adaptability: High resilience, target-driven mindset, and comfortable working in non-standard shift timings aligned with international time zones.
