We are looking for a Logistics Executive with at least 1 year of experience in logistics operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong knowledge of Advanced Excel, and the ability to efficiently coordinate logistics activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day logistics and transportation operations.
- Coordinate with transporters, vendors, customers, and internal teams.
- Track shipments, deliveries, and vehicle movements.
- Prepare and maintain logistics reports and records.
- Handle documentation related to dispatch, delivery, and transportation.
- Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely deliveries.
- Use Advanced Excel for MIS, reporting, data analysis, and tracking.
- Resolve logistics-related issues and coordinate for quick resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of logistics activities and inventory movement.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Logistics/Transportation.
- Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel – VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, MIS, etc.
- Positive verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of logistics documentation and processes.
Preferred Candidate
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience in logistics operations, dispatch, transportation, or supply chain will be preferred.
- Good communication and Excel skills are mandatory.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
