About the Role

Shah Tax Infinity is looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Account Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in accounting and taxation, strong knowledge of Tally and Genius software, and the ability to independently manage day-to-day accounting and tax-related work.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Maintain and verify accounting records in Tally.
- Handle GST preparation, reconciliation, returns, and related compliance work.
- Handle Income Tax and related filing/compliance activities using Genius.
- Assist in taxation-related assignments and ensure timely compliance.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, statements, and documentation.
- Perform account reconciliation and identify discrepancies.
- Coordinate with clients regarding accounting, GST, income tax, and taxation requirements.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned work.

Required Skills

- Accountancy — Tally
- Income Tax — Genius




- GST — Gen GST
- MS Office, especially Excel
- Good understanding of taxation and accounting practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and client-handling skills

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in accounting/taxation.
- Practical knowledge of accounting and statutory compliance.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Candidates with experience in a CA/accounting/tax consultancy environment will be preferred.
