Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to handle customer calls, generate leads, explain products/services, and maintain good customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Handle inbound customer calls and provide accurate information.
- Explain company products/services, offers, and pricing.
- Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling/sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
- Follow up with customers regularly to convert leads into sales.




- Resolve basic customer queries and escalate issues when required.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers.

Requirements

- Positive verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Freshers are welcome; telecalling/sales experience is an advantage.
