Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience to manage accounting, taxation, financial reporting, compliance, audits, and financial controls. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Tally/ERP, GST, Income Tax, TDS, finalization of accounts, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and financial transactions.
- Prepare and review Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow Statements, and financial reports.
- Handle GST returns, reconciliations, and GST compliance.
- Manage TDS, Income Tax returns, advance tax, and other tax-related compliances.
- Ensure timely completion of statutory and regulatory filings.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts closing and finalization.
- Conduct bank, ledger, vendor, customer, and GST reconciliations.
- Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, expenses, and cash flows.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and government authorities.
- Assist in statutory, internal, and tax audits and provide required documentation.
- Review accounting entries and ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards.
- Develop and maintain proper financial controls and accounting processes.
- Analyze financial data and provide management with insights for business decisions.
- Monitor budgets, expenses,



and financial performance.
- Identify accounting discrepancies, compliance risks, and potential financial issues.
- Maintain proper records and documentation for audits and statutory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST Act, and accounting standards.
- Support management in financial planning, taxation, and other finance-related activities.

Required Skills

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Minimum 1 year of relevant post-qualification experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Accounting & Financial Reporting.
- Excellent knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax & statutory compliance.
- Strong understanding of finalization of accounts and audit procedures.
- Hands-on experience with Tally Prime / ERP / Accounting Software.
- Good command of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good knowledge of accounting standards and taxation laws.
- Ability to manage deadlines and multiple financial activities.
- Robust communication and coordination skills.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional ethics.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates who have hands-on experience in GST, Income Tax, TDS, audit, financial reporting, account finalization, and statutory compliance will be preferred.
