Job Overview

We are seeking a agile and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to expand our market presence, drive sales of our smart home automation products, and build strong customer relationships across our branch locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the electrical and automation sector
- Promote and sell smart home solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial clients
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, contractors, architects, and end customers
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts,



and market analysis
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Gather market intelligence on competitor activities and pricing
- Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

- Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- 0–2 years of experience in sales/marketing (freshers with strong communication skills may apply)
- Knowledge of electrical products, automation, or smart home systems is a plus
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented with a proactive and结果-driven mindset
- Willingness to travel across Mysore, Hubli, Bangalore, and Udupi branches
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is advantageous
- Local language proficiency (Kannada) and English communication skills required

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
