Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics for export shipments
- Coordinate with customers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, CHA/customs agents and transporters
- Arrange container bookings and transportation as per shipment schedules
- Coordinate export documentation including invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, certificates and other required documents
- Track shipments from factory dispatch until loading and sailing
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely production, packing and dispatch
- Follow up on container availability, stuffing, port movement and vessel schedules
- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of export documents
- Maintain shipment records and prepare export logistics MIS
- Resolve logistics and documentation issues to ensure smooth and timely exports
Candidate Profile:
- Graduate in Logistics, Export/Import, Supply Chain or related field preferred
- 2–5 years of experience in Export Logistics, preferably FMCG/Food Manufacturing
- Good knowledge of export documentation and shipping processes
- Knowledge of FOB, CIF, CNF and other international trade terms preferred
- Good command of MS Excel and ERP systems
- Robust coordination, communication and follow-up skills
