We are looking for an experienced Legal Manager with 10+ years of relevant experience in the real estate and property development industry. The candidate will be responsible for handling legal matters related to property transactions, land acquisition, documentation, agreements, litigation, regulatory compliance, and legal risk management.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle all legal matters related to real estate projects, land, properties, and development activities.
- Conduct and review property title verification, title due diligence, and legal scrutiny of land and property documents.
- Review and draft Sale Agreements, Sale Deeds, Development Agreements, Joint Venture Agreements, MoUs, Lease Agreements, POAs, and other legal documents.
- Coordinate with external advocates, legal consultants, government authorities, and registration offices.
- Manage property registration, documentation, and related legal formalities.
- Handle land acquisition and property due diligence and identify potential legal risks.
- Monitor and manage ongoing and potential litigation, including coordination with external legal counsel.
- Ensure compliance with applicable real estate laws, RERA regulations, registration laws, and other statutory requirements.
- Review agreements and contracts with vendors, contractors, customers, consultants, and business partners.
- Provide legal advice to the management and internal departments on business and property-related matters.
- Maintain and monitor legal records, property documents, agreements, notices, and case files.
- Draft and respond to legal notices, letters, and other legal correspondence.




- Identify legal risks in transactions and recommend appropriate solutions to management.
- Support the organization during property negotiations, acquisitions, joint ventures, and project-related legal matters.
- Stay updated on changes in real estate laws, RERA regulations, government notifications, and court judgments.

Required Qualifications

- LLB / LLM from a recognized university.
- 10+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably in the real estate / property development sector.
- Solid knowledge of property law, real estate documentation, RERA, registration procedures, and land-related legal matters.
- Experience in handling property title verification and due diligence.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience handling litigation and coordination with advocates will be an advantage.
- Ability to independently manage multiple legal matters and provide practical legal solutions.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with strong experience in real estate companies, property development firms, construction companies, or law firms handling real estate matters.
- Should have hands-on experience in land and property documentation, agreements, title verification, and regulatory matters.
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work closely with senior management and business teams.
