Key Responsibilities

- Review and analyze RFQs, BOQs, technical specifications, drawings and customer requirements.
- Prepare technical proposals, commercial quotations, estimates and costing sheets.
- Prepare accurate project costing based on material, equipment, services and vendor quotations.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to obtain technical information, specifications and pricing.
- Evaluate and compare vendor quotations for technical and commercial requirements.
- Prepare proposals and quotations within customer deadlines.
- Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Procurement and Project teams during the bidding process.
- Respond to customer technical and commercial queries related to proposals.
- Maintain proposal, costing and vendor-price databases.
- Manage multiple RFQs and proposals simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and deadlines.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in Proposal Engineering, Estimation, Costing, Tendering or Bid Preparation.




- Bachelor's/Diploma qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with RFQ, BOQ, estimation, costing and quotation preparation.
- Experience in EPC, industrial, engineering, manufacturing or turnkey projects will be preferred.
- Robust MS Excel and analytical skills.
- Good understanding of technical and commercial aspects of project proposals.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with vendors, customers and internal departments.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days are preferred

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
