The selected candidate will work closely with management and different departments to understand business operations, sales, administration, marketing, customer relationships, and overall organizational processes. This role is designed for candidates who demonstrate strong learning ability, leadership potential, and a willingness to take on responsibility. Key Responsibilities - Understand and participate in day-to-day business operations. - Work with different departments to gain practical knowledge of business processes. - Assist management in planning, coordination, and execution of business activities. - Support business development, sales, marketing, and customer relationship activities. - Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and management updates. - Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of assigned tasks. - Assist in identifying operational challenges and suggesting improvements. - Maintain accurate records and documentation. - Participate in meetings and understand business strategies and objectives. - Take ownership of assigned projects and complete them within deadlines. - Develop knowledge of company policies, procedures, and business practices. - Demonstrate leadership and decision-making skills as responsibilities increase. - Take up additional responsibilities based on business requirements and performance.
