About the Role
Monotech Engineers is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Production Engineer (Fresher) to join our manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day production activities, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring smooth and efficient production processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and monitoring daily production activities.
- Supervise and coordinate production processes on the shop floor.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per schedule.
- Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Identify production issues and coordinate with senior engineers for timely resolution.
- Maintain production records, reports, and documentation.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, tools, and materials.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain workplace discipline.
- Coordinate with maintenance,
quality, stores, and other departments as required.
- Support continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing and production processes.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work on the shop floor.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel will be an advantage.
- Should be hardworking, responsible, and willing to learn.
