About the Role

Taiiki Media is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Paid Media Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns to generate leads and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Plan and execute campaigns for lead generation, traffic, and conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets for better ROI.
- Conduct audience, keyword, and competitor research.
- Track important metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports.
- Coordinate with the creative and marketing team for ad creatives and campaigns.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and conversion rates.

Required Skills





- Good knowledge of Google Ads & Meta Ads.
- Understanding of digital marketing and paid advertising.
- Knowledge of lead generation and campaign optimization.
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.

Eligibility

- Experience: 0–2 years
- Freshers with relevant knowledge/certification can also apply.
- Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
