This position is accountable for the Business development & sale of a broad range of Electrical (busduct, Panels, Lightening, Grounding and Earthing) products/solutions/services.

Develop new sales opportunities / accounts and addresses and services.

Effectively negotiate and close new business opportunities to deliver growth in both sales and gross margin.

Manage customer responsiveness and overall customer satisfaction. Keep regular contacts with customer to ensure satisfaction before and after execution.

Build customer intimacy through connections at all required levels of Customer organization (including C-Level, engineering, purchasing department)

Accountable for maintaining and growing Sales of the company products.

Accountable to successfully achieve assigned annual targets of 8-10 cr.

- Work closely with electrical contractor, consultant, end users and sales team to ensure project win

· Technical product knowledge. Strong knowledge of electrical, (busduct,Panels, Lightening, Grounding and Earthing) products.





· Excellent communication skills spoken, written & reading.

· Quick learner.

· Excellent relationship manager with all stake holders & decision makers

· Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure by meeting deadlines.

· Strong crisis management, Problem solving and time management skills.

Individual Contributor with minimal supervision.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
