Aristocrat is looking for a driven Workday Senior Developer to propel our ambitious projects. *What You'll Do:*

* Lead the development of highly complex integrations between HR, Payroll, and Perks Partners using Workday tools.

* Apply your solid knowledge of Workday Studio and PECI for seamless integration development.

* Configure and develop technical integrations using Workday Studio, Workday RaaS Integrations, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Complex Calculated Fields, Web Services, Workday Custom Reports, XSLT, and XPath.

* Lead data conversion concepts and their impacts on business processes, including Workday iLoads.

* Collaborate with collaborators to assess document requirements, review designs, and define functional specifications.

* Build technical design specifications, perform unit and system integration tests, and support the deployment of all Workday integrations.

* Coordinate Workday Integration analysis, system configurations, and deployment to production.

* Monitor and maintain interfaces between Workday and internal/external vendors to ensure flawless operation.

* Play a pivotal role in solving functional, architectural, and technical issues in projects involving multiple systems.

* Understand customer requirements and determine the best system integration approaches based on their landscape and desired outcomes.

* Work independently as well as in a team environment,



demonstrating outstanding organizational skills and a sense of urgency.

*What We're Looking For:*

* 5+ years of experience in Workday integration.

* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.

* Proven experience with highly complex integrations, preferably involving HR, Payroll, and Benefits Partners.

* Advanced knowledge of IT design principles, practices, and theory, with the ability to guide others in functional design processes.

* Experience with middleware such as Dell Boomi or Mule Soft is a plus.

* Ability to work effectively in virtual, geographically teams with varied strengths.
