Summary
The Digital Officer (DO) serves as a vital link between the organization and its domestic clientele within the IT Services sector. This role is dedicated to driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. The position requires a proactive individual who can adeptly manage voice-based interactions, negotiate favorable terms, and consistently meet or exceed established performance targets while fostering robust client relationships.
Responsibilities

- Execute persuasive communication and negotiation tactics to secure new business opportunities and close sales deals.

- Manage end-to-end customer interactions via voice channels, ensuring professional and responsive service delivery.
