Job Description

We are looking to hire a talented Backend PHP Developer. Their responsibilities include participating in the entire software development life cycle, debugging applications and supporting existing systems.

Requirements:

• Design and develop high-quality object-oriented code using PHP and popular frameworks.

• Develop, test, and deliver clean, secure, production-ready code.

• Must have good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Must be a good team player, good learner, and self-starter.

• Communicate ideas and strategies with project managers and other members of the web team.

• Ensure in maintaining high standards of code quality and thoughtful application design.

• Ability to work independently and perform under strict deadlines

• Located at Trivandrum or are ready to relocate.

Skills Required:

• Minimum 5+years of relevant experience as a Backend PHP Developer.

• Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as Java Script, HTML5, and CSS3

• Exceptional programming skills with robust fundamentals in OO Programming, MVC, ORM.

• Experience in payment gateways integration and image manipulation.





• Ability to write and consume SOAP & REST web services.

• Must have experience with Laravel/ Code Igniter, and experience in PHP frameworks like, Slim, Symphony, Zend would be an added advantage.

• Should have experience in third-party API integrations like Google, Facebook, Twitter, etc. • Should write clean, and well-structured code with proper abstraction and reusability.

• Should have experience in responsive design creation from scratch.

• Experience on source code management (SVN / Git).

• Should have experience with npm, Bower, Bundler, Grunt, Gulp, Webpack.

• Experience with Redis, Memcached, APCu will be an added advantage.

• Should have experience in creating multilingual websites.

• Experience in ReactJS/Vue.JS will be an added advantage.

• Experience in AWS services will be an added advantage.

• Strong communication and organizational skills, self-motivated with the ability to work independently, as a team player, and accept creative suggestions openly
