We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our IT Services division in a agile voice support role. This position is pivotal for delivering exceptional international customer service, ensuring high call quality, and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for resolving complex customer queries, managing complaints, and driving overall satisfaction through active listening and effective communication.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality voice support to an international client base, adhering to strict process compliance standards.
- Effectively handle customer inquiries and resolve issues through active listening and problem-solving techniques.
- Manage and de-escalate customer complaints to ensure a positive resolution and preserve the relationship.
- Monitor and maintain call quality metrics to consistently achieve customer satisfaction targets.
- Utilize customer relationship management tools to track interactions and ensure accurate documentation of all cases.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in English to address diverse customer needs and expectations.
RequirementsRequirements:
- Possess a minimum of 6 months of relevant work experience in a customer-facing role.
- Demonstrate strong English communication skills suitable for international support environments.
- Exhibit proficiency in active listening, problem-solving, and complaint resolution strategies.
