- Create curriculum, exercises and projects
- Review student code and mentor 1:1
- Run mock interviews and placement prep
- Track cohort progress and outcomes
Requirements
- 3+ years industry experience in your subject
- Prior teaching/mentoring experience preferred
- Excellent communication in English + Bengali/Hindi
- Passion for student outcomes over lecture hours
