Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive – Google Ads to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns, drive qualified leads, and improve campaign performance across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Search, Display, and YouTube Ads campaigns.

- Conduct keyword, competitor, and audience research.

- Monitor campaign performance using CTR, CPC, CPL, conversions, and ROAS.

- Manage ad copy, A/B testing, bidding strategies, and negative keywords.

- Drive lead generation and improve conversion rates.

- Track campaign performance using Google Ads and Google Analytics.

- Prepare performance reports and recommend data-driven optimizations.





- Support landing-page optimization and UTM tracking.

RequirementsRequired Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and PPC campaign management.

- Solid understanding of keyword research, bidding, CTR, CPC, CPL, conversions, and ROAS.

- Experience in campaign optimization, lead generation, and performance reporting.

- Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and strong communication skills.

- Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications are an added advantage.
