Service Advisor – Body & Paint

Industry: Leading Automobile Dealership
Experience: 2–5 Years

Location- Andheri

Key Responsibilities

Handle customers for accident, body repair, denting, and painting requirements.
Inspect vehicles, identify repair requirements, and prepare accurate estimates.
Coordinate with Body Shop, Paint Shop, Parts, Insurance Companies, and Surveyors.
Manage insurance claims, approvals, documentation, and customer communication.
Monitor repair progress and ensure timely vehicle delivery as per committed TAT.
Obtain customer approval for additional repairs and cost variations.
Ensure repairs are carried out as per company's/ OEM quality and safety standards.




Conduct final inspection and explain repair details and invoices during vehicle delivery.
Handle customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Required Skills

Good knowledge of body & paint and accident repair processes.
Experience in insurance claims and surveyor coordination.
Strong customer handling and communication skills.
Positive estimation, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Knowledge of DMS/workshop management systems preferred.
Preferred: Candidates with experience in an authorized automobile dealership, especially OEM dealerships.
