Job Summary:
We are looking for a target-oriented Recruiter with proven experience in Non-IT Sales and Business Development hiring . The ideal candidate should have robust sourcing and headhunting skills, with the ability to identify, engage, and recruit both active and passive candidates from relevant industries.
The role requires expertise in hiring for B2B Sales, Industrial Sales, Field Sales, Channel Sales, Dealer Sales, Project Sales, and Business Development positions, with a strong focus on quality sourcing, candidate engagement, and timely closures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Non-IT Sales and Business Development roles.
- Actively source and headhunt candidates through Naukri/Resdex, LinkedIn, Indeed, Foundit,



and other recruitment platforms.
- Identify and approach passive candidates working with competitors and companies in relevant industries.
- Recruit for B2B Sales, Industrial Sales, Field Sales, Dealer Sales, Channel Sales, Project Sales, and Business Development roles.
- Conduct competitor mapping and industry mapping to identify suitable talent pools.
- Screen candidates through telephonic interviews to assess sales experience, targets achieved, territory handled, product exposure, current and expected CTC, and notice period.
- Build and maintain a strong, updated database of relevant Sales professionals.
- Coordinate interviews, manage candidate follow-ups, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Manage candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer rollout and joining.
