Description
We are seeking an experienced Lineman to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical line work, with a focus on installation, maintenance, and repair of power lines. This role requires a commitment to safety and excellence in service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair overhead and underground power lines.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards while performing tasks.
- Conduct regular inspections of power lines and equipment to identify issues or maintenance needs.
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to optimize electrical systems.
- Respond to emergency calls for line repairs and outages swiftly and efficiently.
- Document work performed and maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs.

Skills and Qualifications




- 4-10 years of experience in electrical line work or related field.
- Certification in electrical safety and lineman training programs.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and power distribution.
- Proficiency in using tools and equipment necessary for line installation and maintenance.
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Solid communication and teamwork skills.
- Install, maintain, and repair overhead lines; climbing, stringing, sagging, and emergency restoration; maintain safe work zones.
- OHL maintenance experience.
- Required NEDC Approved Lineman (ALM) License
