SRE Engineer TFB
The System Reliability Engineer (SRE) improves and protects the software and systems behind all of T-Mobiles IT services, including management of scalability, availability, latency, performance, security, and capacity, and delivering of software faster, better, and cheaper. From designing & maintaining CICD Pipelines to building the next generation of T-Mobile applications on cloud native platforms, the SREs enable outstanding customer experience and product innovation by continuous improvement of operational support.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
Technology and System: Demonstrates working knowledge of Dev Ops and Dev Sec Ops tools for CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, configuration management, and secure software delivery across non-production and production environments. Works with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes/Open Shift) to support deployment, scaling, administration, and troubleshooting of containerized applications. Performs environment management, automated server provisioning (VMs),



and Infrastructure as Code implementations using Terraform. Supports and executes software deployments across non-production and production environments while ensuring release quality, stability, and reliability. Creates and maintains observability dashboards and monitoring solutions to monitor application and infrastructure health and improve service reliability. Supports cloud platform administration activities in AWS/Azure environments, including compute, storage, networking, security, and operational support. Participate in troubleshooting, Incident Management, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) activities to ensure timely resolution of production and non-production issues. Identifies opportunities for automation and contributes to initiatives that reduce operational toil and improve engineering productivity.
