Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and networking .
- Identify and acquire new clients across industries.
- Develop and execute business development & marketing strategies.




- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Drive employer branding through consistent LinkedIn and social media activity .
- Schedule client meetings and understand hiring requirements.
- Work closely with the Founder to execute growth strategies and business initiatives.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team for timely client delivery.
- Maintain lead pipelines, follow-ups, proposals, and achieve monthly business targets.
