We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our work-from-home voice process team in India. This role involves handling customer interactions through voice calls, providing exceptional service, and resolving queries effectively.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound voice calls effectively and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
- Document call details and customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local languages.
- Robust listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using call center software.




- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.

Qualification:12th and above
Experience:0-1 year experience in BPO
Shift: Male :24/7 Rotational shift
Female: 7am-9pm (Any 9hours),1 rotational off
Salary: 15k- 20k
Process: Customer support/Tele calling/semi voice
Languages: English and Hindi
