Description
This role is for freshers/entry-level candidates who are eager to start their career in software testing. The Test job - RFS position involves ensuring the quality and functionality of software applications through rigorous testing and collaboration with development teams.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough testing of software applications and systems to ensure quality and functionality.
- Identify, document, and track defects and issues in the software.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand project requirements and design specifications.
- Execute test cases, both manual and automated, and report results.
- Participate in the design and implementation of test plans and test strategies.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.

Skills and Qualifications
- Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
- Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with bug tracking software (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Positive communication skills, both written and verbal.
