Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and responsible admin manager to oversee asset maintenance and administrative operations across all three locations. The candidate will ensure proper maintenance of facilities, equipment, assets, and smooth day-to-day administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage administrative operations across Hebbal, Kalyan Nagar, and Yeshwanthpur.
* Oversee asset maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance schedules.
* Ensure proper upkeep of buildings, equipment, furniture, and other company assets.
* Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
* Monitor maintenance expenses, budgets, and inventory.
* Maintain asset registers, maintenance records, and administrative documentation.
* Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.




* Handle facility-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations across all locations.
* Prepare regular maintenance reports and provide updates to management.
Required Skills
* Strong administrative and facility management skills.
* Knowledge of asset maintenance and vendor management.
* Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple locations and priorities.
* Proficiency in MS Office and record management.
Qualification & Experience
* Education: Graduate in any discipline; a relevant qualification in administration or facility management is preferred.
* Experience: Relevant experience in administration, facility management, or asset maintenance is preferred.
