JOB SUMMARY

Wissen Technology is hiring an Infrastructure Automator to design, build,



and maintain automation solutions for critical application delivery infrastructure. The role focuses on Python, Ansible, F5 load balancers, API integration, infrastructure-as-code practices, certification, testing, and automated plant management in a highly scalable enterprise environment.

EXPERIENCE, LOCATION, MODE OF WORK

Experience: 5-12 years
Location: Bangalore
Mode of Work: Hybrid

Mandatory Skills (Must Have)

- Python development (5+ years in infrastructure automation and scripting)

- Ansible automation for installation, configuration, and infrastructure management

- F5 LTM & GTM administration including TMSH, iControl APIs, and iRules

- Networking expertise across TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL/TLS, BGP, DNS, and load balancing concepts

- Linux command line administration and shell scripting in production environments

- API development and integration for infrastructure-on-demand platforms

- Experience with distributed web applications and supporting infrastructure

- Infrastructure-as-Code practices for automated provisioning and configuration management

Optional Skills (Good to Have)

- Infoblox DNS and DHCP product suite administration

- Terraform provider development and infrastructure automation

- Cisco, Arista,



or other network infrastructure configuration

- Containerized and virtualized infrastructure platforms

- Software version control, CI/CD pipelines, build tools, and SDLC practices

- F5, Cisco, or equivalent industry certifications

Professional Attributes & Qualifications

- Education: BE/BTech/ME/MTech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Engineering, or related field

- Leadership: Experience mentoring junior engineers and guiding technical implementation activities

- Ownership: Ability to drive end-to-end automation initiatives independently

- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with stakeholders and clients

- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in large-scale infrastructure environments

Key Responsibilities

- Implement automation for certification, configuration management, and plant operations using Python and Ansible

- Extend, integrate, and maintain APIs that enable infrastructure-on-demand services

- Develop and automate testing frameworks for hardware and software certification activities

- Manage and enhance F5 load balancer infrastructure across global environments

- Collaborate with internal clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable solutions

- Write clean, reusable, maintainable code following engineering best practices

- Perform code reviews, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of automation platforms

- Support deployment, maintenance, and lifecycle management of critical application delivery infrastructure
