Looking for an enthusiastic IT admin profession willing to work individually reporting directly to CSO, CEO

Key Skills Required

• Basic hardware troubleshooting (laptops, desktops, printers, etc.)

• Software installation and support (Windows OS, MS Office, antivirus, etc.)

• Network troubleshooting (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, router setup, IP configuration)

• Knowledge of ticketing systems or helpdesk management

• Basic server knowledge (Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, if applicable)

• Familiarity with cloud tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365)

• Data backup and system maintenance

Education

• B.Tech / BCA / MCA / Diploma in IT or Computer Science

Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to internal teams

• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues

• Manage user accounts and access permissions

• Coordinate with vendors or service providers for IT equipment or services

• Maintain system documentation and reports

• Assist in IT asset management and procurement

• Candidate must be open to working in-office; remote work is not available.
