Job Description: Floor Manager – Clothing Showroom

Position: Floor Manager
Location: [Mumbai]
Industry: Retail / Apparel / Fashion
Reporting To: Store Manager / Retail Head

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage the floor staff, ensuring smooth daily operations

- Monitor customer interactions to ensure a high standard of service

- Train and guide sales associates on product knowledge and selling techniques

- Ensure proper display and merchandising of clothing and accessories

- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally

- Maintain stock levels and coordinate with inventory and store teams

- Track daily sales and report performance to the store manager





- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the showroom floor

- Motivate the team to achieve individual and group sales targets

- Assist with store events, promotions, and seasonal visual setups

Qualifications:

- Minimum HSC / Bachelor’s degree preferred

- 2+ years of experience in retail (preferably apparel or fashion)

- Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

- Customer service oriented with an eye for detail

- Basic knowledge of billing and inventory systems is a plus
