MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
• 2–3 years of hands-on AIF Compliance experience, preferably covering Category III AIFs.
• Robust working knowledge of IFSCA/SEBI regulations, AML/KYC, investor onboarding, and regulatory filings.
• Responsible for managing day-to-day regulatory compliance, reporting, and governance requirements.

JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage compliance activities for Category III AIFs, ensuring adherence to IFSCA, SEBI, AML/KYC and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Handle regulatory filings, compliance calendars, registers, records, and periodic reporting to relevant authorities.
• Support KYC/AML reviews, investor onboarding, transaction-level compliance checks, and regulatory documentation.
• Coordinate with fund operations, legal, fund accounting, trustees/custodians, auditors, and external advisors on compliance matters.




• Monitor regulatory changes and assist in implementing new requirements, policies, and internal controls.
• Support internal/external audits, inspections, compliance reviews, and preparation of responses to regulatory queries.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
• 2–3 years of experience in AIF/Fund Compliance, preferably with Category III AIF exposure.
• Working knowledge of IFSCA/GIFT City regulations and AIF compliance requirements.
• Exposure to AML/KYC, FATCA/CRS and regulatory reporting.
• Strong documentation, analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
• Candidates from AIFs, FMEs, fund administrators, financial services, or compliance/legal firms with relevant fund compliance experience will be preferred.
