- 3-6 years of relevant experience in factory operations
- Textile industry experience is mandatory
Roles:
- Supervise blue-collar workers and workmen on a daily basis
- Allocate work and ensure tasks are completed properly and on time
- Manage daily manpower, attendance and work allocation
- Monitor incoming and outgoing material and maintain proper tracking records
- Check material movement, usage and dispatch
- Supervise overall day-to-day factory operations
- Coordinate with management on manpower, material and operational requirements
- Ensure smooth, disciplined working at the factory
Qualification:
- Graduate in any stream (a diploma or degree in Textile/Production/Operations is preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a textile factory or manufacturing setup
