- Architectural design – Prepare plans, drawings, sketches and models as required to support design and development proposals.
- Lead concept design generation as per customer KYC
- Take lead for ensuring all designs/drawings are as per Build Next standards.
- Should be able identify the right design solutions, which are adhering to Build Next standards and are aesthetically pleasing.
- Clarification of the details for the design with the end customers.
- Coordinating sanction drawings and approval process.
- Making site visits to check on progress and manage the team.
