We are looking for an experienced Fiduciary Business Analyst with expertise in Wealth Management, Trust & Estate Administration, and Fiduciary Services. The candidate will work with business and technology teams to gather requirements, analyze processes, and deliver solutions that support fiduciary operations and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Work closely with stakeholders, development, and testing teams.
- Support Trust, Estate, and Wealth Management business functions.
- Create BRDs, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Facilitate UAT and ensure successful solution delivery.
- Ensure compliance with fiduciary, AML, KYC, and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills
- 6+ years of Business Analysis experience.
- Robust knowledge of Fiduciary Services, Trust Administration, or Wealth Management.
- Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, Jira, SQL, and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
