Job Role:
We are looking for Advisors for tele-calling profile to sell Health Insurance policies through our website leads.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle Outbound inbound / website leads and convert them into sales
- Explain health insurance products, features & comparisons to customers
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain productivity
- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer queries
- Follow up with prospects and ensure closure

Eligibility Criteria:
- Insurance domain experience is mandatory
- Health Insurance sales experience will be highly preferred
- Must be comfortable working with flexible days
- Ability to deliver sales targets consistently

Required Skills:
- Customer Handling & Customer Service
- Strong Sales Pitch & Convincing Skills
- Product Comparison & Objection Handling
- Positive Communication Skills in Hindi & English

Experience: Minimum 6 months - 2 years in Insurance Sales
Qualification: Graduate (Any stream)
