Perform process engineering activities for offshore and onshore oil & gas projects.
Develop and review process design deliverables in accordance with project specifications and applicable standards.
Prepare and review:
Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs)
Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs;)
Heat & Material Balance Calculations
Utility Consumption Calculations
Cause & Effect Diagrams
Process Design Basis Documents
Process Datasheets
Operating Manuals
Perform process simulations using industry-standard software.
Size and specify process equipment including separators, scrubbers, heat exchangers, pumps, tanks, and compressors.
Support process safety studies such as:
HAZOP
HAZID
SIL Assessment
Risk Assessments
Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to ensure process requirements are incorporated into designs.
Review vendor documents and provide technical comments.
Participate in design reviews, model reviews, and technical meetings.
Support troubleshooting and technical issue resolution during engineering and execution phases.
Ensure compliance with client specifications, company standards, and international codes.
Support commissioning, startup, and performance testing activities.
Prepare engineering progress reports and technical documentation.
