We are seeking skilled Nursing Staff to protect and promote the health, safety, and well-being of workers in various environments, including industrial, manufacturing, construction, and corporate settings. The position is full-time within an office environment located in Haldia, Purba Medinipur.
Key responsibilities include providing healthcare services to employees, monitoring their health conditions, and implementing safety protocols. You will be responsible for assessing health risks in the workplace and offering emergency care when necessary. Collaborating with management to develop health programs and ensuring compliance with safety regulations will also be essential.
Candidates must have a Diploma in Nursing and a minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team are essential. You should be adept in safety protocols and have knowledge of health regulations related to industrial environments. The role may require fieldwork and travel to various sites,
so a valid driving license is essential.
Experience in developing health promotion initiatives and conducting health assessments will be beneficial. The working schedule includes standard office hours, and you will generally work five days a week.
