The Tele Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of telemarketing executives. Key responsibilities include leading daily sales operations, developing telemarketing strategies, training and mentoring staff, and monitoring team performance to achieve sales targets. Engaging with potential clients over the phone and providing them information about our real estate offerings will be essential for generating leads and closing sales.

Candidates must have completed at least the 12th grade and possess good interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients. A minimum experience of 0-3 years in a tele-sales or related environment is required. Proficiency in Bengali and Hindi is mandatory, as effective communication is crucial for the role.
