Job Summary

We are looking for experienced International Voice Process Executives with a minimum of 2 years of experience in international voice calling. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, robust customer-handling abilities, and the flexibility to work in US shifts with rotational weekly offs.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and/or outbound international customer calls professionally.

Communicate effectively with international customers and provide accurate information and assistance.

Understand customer requirements, resolve queries, and provide appropriate solutions.

Maintain high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.

Handle customer complaints and escalations efficiently.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets, including call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate customer records and update call details in the system.

Follow company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications





Minimum 2 years of experience in an International Voice Process.

Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

Good listening, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.

Ability to handle international customers professionally.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM or calling tools.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.

Shift Requirements

Must be willing to work in US shifts / night shifts.

Must be comfortable working with rotational weekly offs.

Should be flexible with shift timings based on business requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with prior experience in international BPOs, customer support, customer service, or international sales calling.

Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
