Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to spearhead client acquisition and relationship building across political, government, and corporate sectors. The ideal candidate will be confident in cold calling, lead generation, and pitching PR and communication services to decision‑makers.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct cold calls and outreach to MLAs, MPs, ministers, government officials, political party representatives, and corporate leaders.

Generate qualified leads and build a strong pipeline of prospective clients.

Present and sell PR, media, and strategic communication services tailored to client needs.

Arrange and attend meetings, presentations, and networking events to establish and grow relationships.

Collaborate with internal teams to design proposals, decks, and communication strategies.

Maintain active engagement with existing clients through regular calls, updates, and relationship management.

Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in political, government, and corporate domains.

Ensure confidentiality and discretion in all client interactions.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.





2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing (PR/communications background preferred).

Strong communication and persuasive skills; ability to engage senior stakeholders.

Proven track record in lead generation and closing deals.

Knowledge of political, government, and corporate ecosystems in India.

Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and comfortable with field travel when required.

Ability to work discreetly and handle sensitive information.
