We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 5 years of experience in business development or a related field and must have completed at least the 12th grade. This is a full-time position that requires working from our office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify New Business Opportunities: Actively seek potential clients and market opportunities to grow the company’s customer base and revenue.

- Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to foster trust and ensure long-term partnerships.

- Conduct Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and to stay ahead in the industry.

- Prepare Proposals and Presentations: Create compelling proposals and presentations to effectively communicate company services to potential clients.

- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to align strategies and drive success in business objectives.





- Track Sales Performance: Monitor and report on sales metrics, goals, and activities to ensure targets are met consistently.
