Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain company records, documents, and databases.

Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of information.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Handle emails, internal communications, and documentation.

Coordinate with HR, sales, operations, and other departments.

Maintain customer/client and employee records.

Verify and update data in company systems.

Prepare invoices, forms, statements, and other office documents when required.

Follow up on pending documents and internal tasks.

Assist management and other departments with administrative work.

Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.

Ensure smooth day-to-day back-office operations.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and Google Workspace.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Good typing and data-entry skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Basic computer and internet knowledge.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.





Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Eligibility

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.

Freshers can apply.

Candidates with back-office, data-entry, administration, or office coordination experience will be preferred.

Working Hours

9:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Sunday: Weekly Off
