Position: Momo Cook / Chef

### Job Responsibilities

- Prepare different varieties of momos, including steamed, fried, and specialty momos.

- Prepare fillings, dough, sauces, chutneys, and other required ingredients.

- Maintain consistent taste, quality, portion size, and presentation.

- Follow standard recipes and maintain food quality standards.

- Ensure proper hygiene and cleanliness of the kitchen and cooking area.

- Manage food ingredients and minimize wastage.

- Maintain proper storage of raw materials and cooked food.

- Handle kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.

- Coordinate with other kitchen staff for smooth operations.

- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.

### Requirements

- Previous experience as a Momo Cook/Chef preferred.

- Valuable knowledge of momo preparation and varieties.





- Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment.

- Knowledge of basic food hygiene and safety practices.

- Hardworking, punctual, and disciplined.

- Ability to work as part of a team.
